Beautiful cottage made us feel comfortable second you pull into the drive way. Amazing place and view awesome location was an all in all experience. Hosts responsive very quickly with any help or questions. Dogs were in paradise a home away from home truly!

We absolutely loved the house and had an amazing stay! We felt at home right away, and the covered patio was our favorite spot — perfect for relaxing. We would happily come back and highly recommend this place!

This house was fabulous! The beds were extremely comfortable, the entertainment space was a blast, and the house had everything we needed (including fresh ground coffee, which is a lifesaver if you forget). Caitlin and her team were extremely responsive to a few questions we had, but can't say enough nice things about our stay. Highly recommend for families, including little ones!

Our large family had a wonderful stay! Large gathering spaces, well stocked, clean, comfortable, lots for kids to do. Perfect spot for us and the host was very responsive and friendly. Instructions were clear, everything was easy to find. Great use of space. Many places for people to gather. We all had an amazing stay. Would highly recommend!

What a beautiful home, surrounded by Mountain View’s. The house was clean and well cared for. Plenty of space for everything we brought. Our girls loved the outdoor projector that they could watch from the hot tub. The garage arcade was a big hit also. We spent a lot of time trying to beat high scores and hanging out. The hosts are very responsive, usually within a few minutes. They gave us many recommendations before we even asked. The house is only a short drive away from downtown and lots of great hikes. We would stay here again the next time we’re in Asheville.

We can’t say enough great things about this house. It looked fantastic when we booked it, but it’s one of those rare places that actually exceeds expectations in person. Everything was spotless, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. It struck the perfect balance — comfortable and relaxing for my wife and me, while still being incredibly kid-friendly for our 6- and 4-year-olds. The game room was a huge hit, and the outdoor movie nights were a standout thanks to the awesome projector setup. The location was also ideal, about 15 minutes from downtown Asheville, making it an easy drive to everything we wanted to do. We’ll definitely be back soon!

What a perfect weekend! Hosted a book retreat and the space was exactly what we needed. Plenty of sleeping and comfy reading accommodations, Perfect balance of private & social spaces, and the best location to balance relaxing down time and still being able to go into town. Two full kitchens came in handy and adored the outdoor space. Phenomenal communication with Caitlin & her team… can’t recommend enough! Will be looking at her other properties for future escapes! Thank you for everything!!

We had such a great stay here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, and the host was amazing with communication. Super responsive, kind, and made the whole process seamless from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a stress free and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay here for a work retreat. The space was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and with plenty of room and beds for everyone to spread out and feel at ease. It made coordinating a larger group so much easier. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. There were a couple of hiccups (door code wouldn't work on arrival, power out in one area of the house) that the host responded to promptly. Another big plus was the amount of extra equipment and amenities available. The only small downside was the 3-night minimum, especially since we were visiting during the off-season and could only stay for two nights. That said, everything else exceeded our expectations, and we’d definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We had an amazing time at Victoria's Stays!! The location was so close to the dunes, and the amenities were just as described! I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a larger group who wants a good space to bond :)
