We allow low key events up to 30 people such as birthdays, dinners, and bridal showers; we just require our cleaning staff attend the end of the event to clean. You may notice heavy equipment on the beach during weekday daytime hours (no activity on weekends). This project is expected to be completed by March 1. Additionally, the adjacent home is under construction, which may result in some weekday daytime noise. That project is anticipated to be completed by June 1. We appreciate your understanding as the neighborhood enhancements are finalized, and we remain committed to ensuring your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
