This is our family house. Please treat it like your own :-) **Smoking Policy: To maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests, smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. A $1,000 fine will be charged if smoking occurs indoors or evidence of indoor smoking is found.

Parking Notes: The property comfortably fits 7 cars with room to drive in and out: 3 in the driveway and 3 on the dirt area at the bottom of the driveway. If needed, you can park up to 5 additional cars on the driveway (12 total), but this will block other vehicles from getting in and out Do not park on the street — township rules prohibit it, and neighbors may call me or local authorities. Do not park on the grass — it damages the lawn, and guests may be charged for repairs.
