It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout! Parking Notes: The property comfortably fits 6 cars with room to drive in and out: 3 in the driveway and 3 on the dirt area at the bottom of the driveway. If needed, you can park up to 5 additional cars on the driveway, but this will block other vehicles. Do not park on the street — township rules prohibit it, and neighbors may call me or local authorities. Do not park on the grass — it damages the lawn, and guests may be charged for repairs.
