Check In is at 4:00 PM Check Out is at 10:00 AM * If we dont have a same day check-in or check-out, we will do our absoulte best to accomodate different times* - Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $400 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog. - Parking in the driveway for 4 cars max. - Heated pool fee is $125/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 2-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you! - Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am. While we support you having fun, we are in a residential neighborhood and want to be respectful of our neighbors!

Caitlin and her team were fantastic communicators from the time we initially reached out, to when we got there, and throughout. The house comfortably slept our crew of 15, as did the dining table. Pool table was always in use, fun for all! The heated pool was also a hit, though we did encounter one issue upon arrival with the pool heat not working, but Caitlin and her team were on it immediately and got it fixed the same day. They were also willing to work with us on a pool heat refund at the end of our trip which we greatly appreciated. One of the standout things was their team helped us with a grocery delivery on Christmas Eve. They were able to have a staff member put our groceries away for us so we had food for Christmas Day. That was something above and beyond what you typically see with Airbnb’s and our family truly appreciated it!

The house is of a good size for a large party, accommodating 10 + people without jeopardizing privacy and comfort. Great neighborhood, lots of fun amenities, Caitlin and Luis were very accommodating and reasonable, we had an unforeseen incident during our stay that prevented us from departing at the designated time and they worked out perfectly to our advantage at no extra cost. Definitely recommend this property.

I highly recommend this property. The team did a great job with responses. The house was well put together for large families and filled with fun activities. It's in a quiet neighborhood and you really feel like you're in your own world. The location is also convenient as it's only a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach and very close to grocery and convenient stores. We spent a lot of time outside in the pool and playing various yard games. The golf simulator kept us busy for days, felt like our own little Top Golf swing suite. The owners of the property were very convenient and called us right away when we had a question on some equipment. We had an issue with the pool pump and it was resolved within a half hour when they called in a maintenance person. We had family of all ages at the house last weekend and seems there was something ever everyone at there. I highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for large family get togethers.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay at Caitlin’s home. From the spacious interior to the beautiful backyard, there was never a dull moment. This place was amazing! The set up throughout the inside & outside of the house was done with great thought & style. There was a house full (inside & out) of games & amenities for our kids, and even us adults! We stayed at the house our entire stay & our kids nor the adults were bored. We all wanted to be there instead of driving somewhere else for food or entertainment! We would definitely stay here again & recommend this place to others! The host were great & attentive, as well as the house was staged & stocked as it should be. Thank you Caitlin & the other host for having us & providing a great place to stay & entertain!
