Check In is at 4:00 PM Check Out is at 10:00 AM * If we dont have a same day check-in or check-out, we will do our absoulte best to accomodate different times* - Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $400 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog. - Parking in the driveway for 2-3 cars max. 1 spot on 26th Street Entrance, 1-2 spots in alley behind house. - Heated pool fee is $100/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 2-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you! - Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am. While we support you having fun, we are in a residential neighborhood and want to be respectful of our neighbors!

My family and I had a fantastic stay. We were hesitant to book after reading a single poor review but we are VERY happy we didn’t let that deter us. The house was perfect! The en-suite bathrooms for every room are a huge plus. House was pristine, super clean. Master bath had a “dreamy bathtub” my wife said after soaking in it nightly. AC was super cold. Washer/dryer were great. 2 of the 3 bedrooms in the main house had great black out ability. House was quiet. The pool was large and although we chose not to pay to heat it, was plenty warm. The detached guest house was great for our son and his girlfriend to have some extra privacy. If we have a call out of any sort it’s that the beds were much firmer than what we prefer. That’s a personal preference though. Overall definitely a 5 star house and experience. We had an issue with the coffee pot and the hosts had a brand new one delivered within two hours of us alerting them that it wasn’t working! Great attentive, responsive hosts!

Nice home, very good for a group to be together, but also have some away privacy. The indoor and outdoor kitchen was fantastic for cooking meals. The neighborhood is walkable to a small convenience store, restaurants, and a few bars. We would definitely return

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The pool was fantastic and made our time here even more enjoyable. The host was responsive and helpful, making the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend!

This is the place you want to stay! The home is incredibly beautiful, comfortable, peaceful, relaxing, clean and well stocked. It is in a terrific neighborhood close to everything. Walkable to local shops and restaurants. The layout accommodates multiple parties so you have your space and don’t have to be on top of each other. We loved the pool. It truly has everything you need for a great stay. Most importantly the team hosting this place is true professionals. The communication is top notch. They are very accommodating. Prompt, responsive and just on top of every detail. We felt so well cared for. I wouldn’t change anything. It is the place to stay!! Will be back again and again. Also, I had read the other persons review about the mold and I am very sensitive so I was concerned…no issue at all. Two thumbs way up. Truly grateful for such a wonderful place to stay.
