Caitlin and her team were fantastic communicators from the time we initially reached out, to when we got there, and throughout. The house comfortably slept our crew of 15, as did the dining table. Pool table was always in use, fun for all! The heated pool was also a hit, though we did encounter one issue upon arrival with the pool heat not working, but Caitlin and her team were on it immediately and got it fixed the same day. They were also willing to work with us on a pool heat refund at the end of our trip which we greatly appreciated. One of the standout things was their team helped us with a grocery delivery on Christmas Eve. They were able to have a staff member put our groceries away for us so we had food for Christmas Day. That was something above and beyond what you typically see with Airbnb’s and our family truly appreciated it!

This house was great for bringing together a large family! The rooms were all really nice, and the common spaces and back yard were perfect for having a large group spending time together. We hope to come back to stay again.

Had a great stay!! Everything was exactly as described. The photos do not do the property justice. Peaceful environment. Everything was clean & cozy upon our arrival. Visited shops & restaurants in nearby downtown Marshall & had a ton of fun. We look forward to coming back to explore more! Caitlin was an amazing host!!

We LOVED our stay! Perfect for families! We enjoyed the hot tub, the sauna, and game room! Lots of space for board games. Enjoyed a bonfire with s’mores:) Big closets so suitcases can be out of the way! Love the layout. Would love to return!

Fabulous house- beautiful, spacious and lots of great modern amenities! everything exactly as pictured. good location. nice neighborhood convenient to downtown and Biltmore. we loved the hottub, sauna and game room! Would definitely stay here again!

Our vacation week at Caitlin’s beach house was absolutely amazing. The house was extremely clean when we checked in, and very well stocked with everything you will ever need for a vacation. Waking up every morning with beautiful sunrise over the coast line was a dream come true for the kids. We took long walks along the beach, directly accessible from the deck of the house, and played many fun family games we found in the house. The house has a great layout that accommodates multiple small groups. Last but not least, the whole family particularly enjoyed the spa like bathrooms. We can’t wait for an opportunity to stay here again in the future!

We could not have asked for a better location for Christmas vacation with our large family! The house was beautiful, immaculately clean, the hosts were very responsive and met all of our needs. There were amenities for everyone to enjoy and with four small children in tow, the game room was the icing on the cake! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and though we spent some time away exploring, we would've been content just staying in and enjoying all this home has to offer. We didn't want to leave!! 10/10 Recommend!

This place was perfect for a large party with several kids. It provided ample room to be together and also enough room to have space away when needed. Caitlin and her team were very responsive to the few requests that we had. There were plenty of activities available in the house with the golf simulator, pool table, poker table, theater room, hot tub, sauna, fire pit and kitchen. We would stay here again if we come back to Asheville.

Lovely home conveniently located. The home was exactly as pictured and was large and spacious. We had an excellent time playing the record player. Caitlin was an extremely responsive host. We had a great stay!
