We loved our stay at Caitlin's home, tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The highlight was relaxing in the hot tub, looking up at the stars surrounded by large, beautiful trees. Caitlin was super proactive and responsive when we reached out to her, and was quick to offer solutions. Highly recommend her gorgeous place!

We had an amazing time staying here! A great place to enjoy time with family and friends. The kids loved making s’mores in the fire pit! A very convenient location due to not being far from anything you might want/need. The Communication was great whenever we reached out! We are very thankful for hosting us!

This was a great place to stay for our small group. We enjoyed the detached garage with a great area to socialize as well as the modern and well laid furnished interior of the main house, the fire pit was great to sit by and watch the outdoor wildlife and the stars/fire flies. The AirBnB is well placed so that Uber can quickly get you to the city or surrounding areas if you want to go out during the evening. Highly recommend this for your next visit to the Asheville area.

This house was perfect for our family to stay at for the week of our wedding. Our entire immediate family fit in this house very comfortably and they had everything that we needed. Everything was very clean and well thought out for our guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

I had a truly wonderful experience for our annual family get away! The house itself is full of unique charm-it felt like a special retreat from the every day. Everything was clean, thoughtfully decorated and well maintained. The surrounding area was just as impressive- relaxing , peaceful and picturesque. Caitlyn, was so easy to reach and responded quickly. Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve had. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway!

I highly recommend staying in this beautiful home. We had a family reunion and 16 people stayed here comfortably. There was room for everyone and so much to do. The location is stunning. We went for walks and bike rides on the bike path right out the front door. We swam and kayaked on the beach. The home is well stocked with everything you need. We loved using their large coolers when we took day trips. Caitlyn was incredibly responsive and very easy to communicate with. None of us wanted to leave!! We created the most amazing memories. We would definitely rent this incredible home again.

This house is stunning. We loved every detail, especially the comfort and tranquility it provides. The host's willingness to be attentive to our needs at all times. The amenities, decor, cleanliness, space, and location—in short, it's perfect in every way. We had the best time and would love to return on another visit to this beautiful place. We thoughouly enjoyed at stay. The home was beautifully decorated and furnished. Every room was cozy and clean. My family spent the most time in the game room. We utilized the spa and sauna. Beds were conformable. The host was responsive and easy to work with. We would stay again!

A beautiful space, outside was a huge hit with our group, lots of fun amenities, comfortable beds, everything we needed was in the kitchen and dining areas, we enjoyed our stay. Wish we’d had a few more days there.

This place was AMAZING. Very organized, cleaned spacious and CUTE! Plenty of places to get ready. My group loved being able to shower at the same time and use the vanity’s to get ready! The location was close to everything we wanted to do. We felt very safe and comfortable!
