Great location for a 3-day company retreat for our team. The host was great at communication and the house was clean and as described. It was nice to have the extracurricular activities there at the house so we did not have to leave with our large group. We would look to stay there again if in the area. Thank you!

I felt truly at home staying at Caitlin’s place! It was very nice and fit the description on the photos. I don’t have any complaints. Everything was beautiful. Caitlin was very professional and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

We just wrapped up a wonderful 4-night stay for a family celebration, and this home exceeded every expectation. From the moment we booked, communication with our host was seamless, every question was answered promptly and thoroughly, which set the tone for a truly stress-free experience. The home itself was absolutely beautiful and matched the listing photos perfectly. It was impeccably clean upon arrival and thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities we needed. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was a nice bonus for our group. One of the unexpected highlights was waking up to stunning sunrises from the back porches, the kind of moment that makes a trip feel special. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, giving our family complete peace of mind throughout our stay. This was easily one of our favorite Airbnb experiences to date. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an absolutely beautiful, well-maintained space for a getaway with family or friends.

We had such an incredible stay at this mountain home! Traveling with kids can sometimes be tricky, but this house made it so easy and enjoyable for everyone. The space was beautiful, spotless, and perfectly set up for families. The game room was an absolute hit. It kept the kids entertained for hours and gave the adults time to relax. After long days exploring the mountains, the hot tub and sauna were exactly what we needed. Sitting under the mountain sky in the hot tub was one of our favorite memories from the trip. The home was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt thoughtfully designed and welcoming. It truly felt like a retreat while still being cozy and family-friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a mountain getaway, especially families looking for both adventure and relaxation.

I travel to Nashville several times a year being in the entertainment industry. This home is the best I’ve found having everything I could want. I have a large SUV that easily fit into the garage and was also safe and easy on the street in front of the house. The interior was spotlessly clean. The attention to detail with the decor was great and the prettiest I’ve seen. We didn’t want for anything in extras. The coffeemaker, both carafe and K-cups, was accompanied by more than enough coffee than we could ever use. There was plenty of EVERYTHING - paper towels, toilet paper, etc. It was such a comfortable place that it truly felt like home. We were there for a location scout and the home was very centrally located. We were just a few minutes from all of the Nashville iconic places. The airport was just a quick drive as well. I will not only be back, but I would absolutely book any home Caitlin and her team have to offer.

Great place, loved the views and the amenities. We relaxed in the hot tub and watched movies in the outdoor theater. Awesome high ceilings and modern decor made us feel right at home. Neighborhood is quiet and you feel like you're hidden even though you're not far from everything. Fantastic stay, we would absolutely come back!

If this property is available – GET IT! First, there is a game room that has everything anyone would need. Shuffleboard, Cards (Table and chips included), two big screen TVs, Ping Pong table, two real, old school arcade games (the Gen Xers loved this!) and a karaoke machine. You will not be bored. If you leave the house to venture out to nearby attractions this location is close to everything. You won’t need to travel far to find the Biltmore House, Downtown, the mall or anything else. What impressed me the most were the small touches the owners had added. The beds are extremely comfortable with nice linens and comforters, and the pillows were like a cloud. There was a fan if you needed one. A heater if you need that. The outside patio is well appointed with comfortable seating and a big screen tv. The kitchen had everything you would need to make a feast. They missed nothing! The owners are also very attentive. If we needed anything, they were immediate in their response.
