The Layout: First Level: This open concept layout hosts the living room, dining room, and kitchen. It has an inviting atmosphere with a large couch, 2 accent chairs, a dining table for 8, and kitchen table for 4. In the kitchen you'll find all of your essentials along with all new appliances. Steps off the kitchen you'll find the amazing sunroom with seating and another TV. 6 Unique Bedrooms: On the main floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed while bedrooms 2 and 3 each have their own king bed. Head downstairs to bedrooms 4, 5, and 6. Bedroom 4 has a queen, bedroom 5 has 2 fulls, and bedroom 6 has a king bed. Also has a pullout couch that can accommodate 2 person. Lower Level: In addition to the downstairs bedrooms, you'll find a second kitchen, making that morning coffee run that much more convenient. Other things to note: Check-in is at 4 pm Check-out is at 10 am Please do not go across the creek in the backyard.

The entire home is NON-SMOKING ( smoke sensors are in the house, please go outside to smoke!). Capacity in the hot tub is 6 people. Please pick up all pet waste. For your safety and in compliance with city ordinances, PARTIES and GATHERINGS OVER THE MAXIMUM UNIT OCCUPANCY ARE PROHIBITED.
